"Optimistic Outlook"

The artist DORIT AMIT is introducing a collection of  paintings and sculptures that visually express her optimistic and humoristic outlook at life...

...her artwork is filled with beauty and harmony, as a way to fulfill the need for serene and calm in today's raging world and unsettled way of living...

...nature is newly interpreted and personally expressed with masses of colors and quick strokes of the brush, which allows us, the viewers, to follow the way it is transferred to the canvas. Also, the large sizes of some of her paintings gives us the feeling of being swallowed into these magic and mysterious places...

...DORIT's sculptures, on the other hand, focuses on stereotype women characters, which she tries to present not with a criticizing aspect, but rather in a humoristic way, with lots of vitality and rich colors.

...in her paintings and sculptures there is a mix of joy, humor, sadness and hope, as you can find in DORIT herself.
